Clear responsibilities before work begins.

These are the website-level terms for contacting SiteLynxx. A booking request does not create a subscription or authorize a domain, account, or production change. The final signed agreement and Stripe Checkout terms control the purchased service.

Pricing and scope

SiteLynxx does not charge a setup fee. Service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. The exact monthly price, included work, exclusions, support boundaries, taxes, payment timing, and any approved changes are confirmed before purchase and recorded in the signed agreement.

Client information and approvals

The client is responsible for providing accurate business facts, authorized media, and lawful instructions. A private preview does not become public until the named version, public facts, lead destination, media rights, and launch plan are approved.

Ownership and access

The client keeps ownership of the domain registration, business email, Google Business Profile, social accounts, analytics, and Search Console. SiteLynxx receives only the access needed for the agreed service. Hosting, implementation, source/export rights, and transition assistance follow the signed plan.

Search and business outcomes

The service can improve website quality, technical search foundations, machine readability, and conversion opportunity. Rankings, map placement, AI citations, traffic, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Cancellation

The current commercial draft provides up to 30 days for an orderly website transition after an authorized cancellation request. The signed agreement must define the effective cancellation date, final charge, paid-through date, hosting end date, export or handoff, data retention, and access removal. Cancellation never authorizes damage to the client's domain, email, accounts, or unrelated DNS records.

Refund requests

The current draft allows a refund request to be initiated within 14 calendar days of the charge being questioned. Eligibility, completed work, non-refundable third-party costs, taxes, and the approved amount must be stated in the final signed agreement and Stripe checkout terms before live billing begins.
